My name is Elisa, and for a living, I am a recruiter for Schwartz. So actually I am on the field team, so I am recruiting everyone that works in the field, so all of our route sales representatives, our drivers, you know, people who work in the grocery stores, things like that. And so I do a lot of phone interviews, it's very very high volume, fast-paced work environment, and I do a lot of sourcing, so I reach out to candidates who I think might be a good fit for the company. And really, I just have conversations with people all day and learn a little bit more about them. I am in charge of field recruiting for the south, so I recruit for Florida, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, those areas. And really I am the Talent Advisor for the managers in that field. So any requisitions that are open in, you know, the south, in those areas, I am responsible for. So a requisition becomes open, I begin sourcing, reaching out to candidates, finding good, quality candidates for the position, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews for them and our manager, pushing them through the process. And then also extending offers and making sure that they go through the background process. And then, you know, two weeks after we make a hire, I reach back out to the candidate, ensure that their onboarding process is doing, like, going well. And that's really the full life cycle of my job. So in my role specifically, I actually don't need to travel. I, you know, am in contact with my managers out in Florida, Missouri, Tennessee, you know, all of those areas almost daily. I mean, I'm talking to people, you know, from the south, I'm partnering, I'm really their talent acquisition, almost like a business partner to them, but I have not met my managers in person, our relationship is really through the phone and email. And, you know, this is actually my first career fair. So I don't do too many career fairs in my position specifically, that's more on the campus recruiter side. We have different talent acquisition teams on the field side.
