Chad is an Assistant Superintendent with i+iconUSA. Working on a bridge extension in Virginia Beach, Chad’s main objectives are to assist the site superintendent to make sure the entire crew is meeting production goals while, most importantly, staying safe.

>> Even now when I drive down the road and I see that, I'm like, man, this is amazing. You don't see it from somebody else's point of view until you actually, you're there. So you kind of, I don't really think about it until I'm driving down the road, and I pass and I'm like, we're doing that? Can't even see it. Like it's amazing when we get to the final product, I can't even, I can't begin to imagine just below the bridge is going to look like. Just the area because we got ponds and fountains and sidewalks. It's just, I think it's going to make this area itself look a lot better and the bridge is going to just add to it. Well, that's one thing I look forward to.
