Adrienne is the Director of Program Management for the marketing arm of Temple University. Her department is in charge of account management, client management, and project management to make sure campus projects stay within budget and meet deadlines.

>> Hi. I'm [inaudible] and I'm Director of Program Management in the Strategic Marketing and Communications Department here at Temple University. Program management is the, you know, marketing operations side of our division. And so the pillars that we work on is account management, some of the bigger portfolios and projects, client management with our campus partners, and then sometimes our clients are even ourselves and then project management. So making sure that the project, you know, once the strategy is set and the goals are set, it's, you know, following through, meeting deadlines and staying on budget and kind of following through, making sure to obtain our goals. And then the last piece too is if we do any sort of marketing activations or events, we do all of the logistics as well. So we are taking our next phase of a brand on the road. So we're calling it Temple City Takeovers. So we actually just launched in Baltimore this past -- starting Labor Day weekend. And we went out to actually Baltimore's Comic-Con because we just produced a virtual reality video that has, you know, it's a campus tour but it has kind of a venture gaming theme to it. So we thought let's go out to our audience where they're in their natural habitat, Comic-Con, and promote this video. So it's a good way to meet with prospective students and their families and also show off this cool new product.
